Our Breakfast baskets overflow with carefully selected, locally sourced products. They contain the following foods labelled with allergens and amount:
- Bread, from local stone-oven bakery, 1 loaf (gluten, may contain traces of nuts, egg and milk)
- Butter, from local farm, 83.3 g (milk)
- Cheese from local farm in Bø, 154.0 g (milk, egg)
- Eggs, free range from Vesterålen, 6 pcs (egg)
- Jam, local if available and in season, 300 ml
- Milk, 1 l (milk)
- Juice, fruit from Hardanger if available, 750 ml
- Ham, 110 g
- Coffee, from local coffee roaster in Lofoten, 250 g
- Tea, breakfast tea + herbal, 8 pcs
The breakfast basket is suitable for 2 breakfasts for aprx. 2 adults. If desired, you may order refill-baskets during your stay.
